New York Times: Blanca

In 2013 I was introduced to Carlo Mariachi and Blanca’s. I was just starting out. My intention was (and still is) to dress the tables of great chefs; to create distinctive tableware and meld the artistry of flavors and textures with their dishes, creating a package of scrumptious beauty on the table. Carlo loved my work and hired me to create a number of items from my Oyster series for his different tastes. What a beautiful symbiosis, 1 + 1 =3. I am thrilled my dishes were a part of the slideshow for the New York Times online article. Cheers.
